When we lived in the States, we had a TV. No cable, nothing fancy; a small TV with Rabbit Ears and a DTV converter. We tried not to use it too often. But we did allow for some PBS Shows. Our favorites were Sid The Science Kid, SuperWhy, CyberChase, and Fetch!
Now that we've moved overseas, and we chose NOT to have a TV, since so many things are available to watch online, we miss our PBS Kids shows. PBS and most American networks block their online videos for IP addresses originating outside the U.S.
I hate to say it, but I missed it. Yes, I need a break sometimes, too!
Recently we discovered that National Geographic Kids has a whole lot of entertaining, educational videos available online - even for viewers outside the US! (The viewing experience has been better than those bootlegged YouTube videos I sometimes let the kids watch.)
So, now when I need a few quiet moments to myself, you can be pretty sure my kids will be watching one of these cool videos!
This is where I plan to keep a list of all my favorite *goto* resources for homeschooling my 4 kids. We are eclectic homeschoolers, and we are observant Jews, so we focus on those values and secular knowledge as well.

This is a tough category.
I am trying to find engaging ways for my kids to simply build their vocabulary, but I seriously need assistance with finding good resources.
Hebrew for me
Shetef Kriya (we haven't yet checked this one out, but hopefully we will)

I'll have to keep adding to this as we find more good ones... especially for higher level learning. (We use Singapore Math)
